Career Path to Date: My early roles included auditing and consulting for PwC, and CFO and COO positions in the food services and logistics sectors, working with companies such as Pleasure Foods (franchisor: Wimpy, Juicy Luicy, Milky Lane, WhistleStop, Pizza Hut) and National Brands (logistics). I have also been involved in the commercial Internet business in the country since its start, having served as financial director, commercial director and then CEO of UUNET SA, the first commercial Internet service provider in South Africa, in 1996. Other key roles in the telecommunications industry include CEO of Verizon Business SA, COO of Korbitec, and chairperson of Connectnet. I joined Telviva, formerly Connection Telecom, in January 2010
